ELECTRONIC IMAGE EVALUATION

PLEASE SEND YOUR IMAGES 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVALUATION DATE

Our members are invited to enter their Electronic Image Photographs.
The images must be submitted as Electronic Files by Email.
Entry is not limited to images created and or modified digitally.  You may scan your favorite slides or prints
or have them scanned by a Service Bureau.  You can download images from your Digital Camera into the Computer.
The images will be projected on a screen using a high resolution (1024 X 768) Electronic Projector.
You may submit 3 images total in a monthly evaluation.

Month without assigned subject:
A maximum of three entries may be entered in the General Section.

Month with assigned subject:
(Check Yearbook for months with assigned subjects)
The evaluation will be divided into General Subject and Assigned Subject areas.
Not more than two of the maximum three entries may be submitted in any one
Subject area, e.g. two entries in the General Subject and one entry in the 
Assigned Subject, or vice versa.

The following definitions are used on the Entry Form:
Section A - General                     Section B - Assigned
